*PLEASE READ BEFORE LEAVING A DEPOSIT!*
Online deposits are only available for clients who have already gone through the consultation process with their artists but for extenuating circumstances cannot get down to the shop to leave their deposit in person.
Once you leave the deposit online below you will still need to confirm that the date and time you chose with your artists is still available as it may have already been taken in the time it took you to leave this deposit. The only way to book an appointment and confirm a date at the same time is to leave the deposit at the shop in person. (Our preferred method for accuracy.)
Please note: This deposit goes towards the cost of the LAST session of the tattoo if more than one is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and Non-Redeemable for Cash.
Deposits are valid for 1 Year of date of purchase. After that it is up to the artists discretion if you must leave a new deposit after that. Artwork created for you that is not started after 12 months will be considered abandoned and may be destroyed, or even given to another client and may require a new deposit to be re-drawn.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time in order to avoid losing your deposit. A deposit act as collateral for the time we are reserving for you. Not showing up or canceling your appointment last minute will cause you to forfeit your deposit and require you to leave a new deposit to schedule another appointment. Please understand we are reserving that time for you, and may have spent many hours preparing for your tattoo which means we could have potentially turned away other business during that process. When you cancel last minute, especially during the week day, it is hard to fill your time slot and usually ends up costing us money.
We understand life happens so if you have to change an appointment date it’s really not a problem as long as you give us ample notice. You MUST however call to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment to avoid losing the deposit. Please LET US KNOW even if it’s under 24 hours, we really appreciate the heads up! By calling us as soon as possible we have the best chance to re assign that spot to another client or do some walk-ins rather than sit here twiddling our thumbs.

Please respect our time and show up to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please call and give us a heads up. Many times appointments are set back to back so if you are excessively late it can affect the person after you and may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled or work to not be complete.
